Important Note
Please note that the sofa is shipped vacuum-packed to expedite shipping. If you wish to return the sofa and have already removed it from the vacuum packaging, please obtain one of the following options to prepare the sofa for return shipping:
- 1-2 cartons with maximum dimensions of 120x60x60 cm (available at hardware stores, furniture stores, or large online retailers)
- Large plastic bags (120 liters): place over the sofa, seal, and create a vacuum with a vacuum cleaner to compress the sofa.
These options will help pack the sofa safely and compactly for return shipping.
Colors and Patterns
We strive for accurate color reproduction on screen, but cannot guarantee perfect reproduction. Especially with velvet products, the color can vary depending on light and direction, which gives the product a vibrant look.
Unpack Carefully
Please open the packaging gently. After unpacking, the sofa needs some time to fully regain its original shape. Loosely lay all elements on the floor and allow the foam approximately 24–48 hours to fully unfold. Gently fluffing or lightly shaking will aid this process.
Allow Time to Unfold
Now let the sofa rest as needed – soon it will be ready for many creative and cozy moments. Once the foam has fully unfolded, nothing stands in the way of playing and relaxing.
