For the operation of our WhatsApp Business account, we use a mobile device whose address book only stores the WhatsApp contact details of users who have also contacted us via WhatsApp.

This ensures that every person whose WhatsApp contact details are stored in our address book has already consented to the transmission of their WhatsApp phone number from the address books of their chat contacts in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR when first using the app on their device by accepting the WhatsApp terms of use. The transmission of data of users who do not use WhatsApp and/or have not contacted us via WhatsApp is thus excluded.

9) Online Marketing

Google AdSense

This website uses Google AdSense, a web advertising service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google AdSense uses so-called "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. In addition, Google AdSense also uses so-called "web beacons" (small invisible graphics) to collect information, through the use of which simple actions such as visitor traffic on the website can be recorded, collected and evaluated. The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon about your use of this website (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored there. This may also involve a transfer to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

Google uses the information thus obtained to evaluate your usage behavior with regard to the AdSense ads. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google AdSense will not be merged with other Google data. The information collected by Google may be transferred to third parties if this is legally required and/or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
All processing described above, in particular the reading of information on the end device used via cookies and/or web beacons, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent to do so in accordance with Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR. Without this consent, Google AdSense will not be used during your visit to the site.

10) Web analytics services

10.1 Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), which allows us to analyze your use of our website.

By default, when you visit the website, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies, which are small text files stored on your device and collect certain information. This information includes your IP address, which Google, however, shortens by removing the last digits to exclude direct personal identification.

The information is transmitted to and processed by Google servers. This may also involve transfers to Google LLC, located in the USA.

Google uses the collected information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity for us, and provide other services related to website and internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser and truncated within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The data collected within the scope of using Google Analytics 4 is stored for two months and then deleted.

All processing described above, particularly the setting of cookies on the device used, will only occur if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
Without your consent, Google Analytics 4 will not be used during your visit to the site. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your right of revocation, please deactivate this service using the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

Further legal information on Google Analytics 4 can be found at https://business.safety.google/intl/de/privacy/, https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de≷=de and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Demographic Characteristics
Google Analytics 4 uses the special feature "demographic characteristics" and can thereby create statistics that provide information about the age, gender, and interests of site visitors. This is done by analyzing advertising and information from third-party providers. This allows target groups for marketing activities to be identified. However, the collected data cannot be assigned to any specific person and will be deleted after being stored for two months.

Google Signals
As an extension to Google Analytics 4, Google Signals may be used on this website to create cross-device reports. If you have enabled personalized ads and linked your devices to your Google account, Google may, subject to your consent to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, analyze your usage behavior across devices and create database models, including for cross-device conversions. 11) Retargeting/Remarketing and Conversion Tracking

11.1 Meta Pixel

Within our online offering, we use the "Meta Pixel" service from the following provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta")

If a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us on Facebook and/or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is extended by a parameter with the help of "Meta Pixel". This URL parameter is then entered into the user's browser after redirection by a cookie that our linked page itself sets.

This enables Meta to identify visitors to our online offering as a target group for displaying ads. Accordingly, we use the service to show the Facebook and/or Instagram ads placed by us only to users who have shown an interest in our online offering or who exhibit certain characteristics (e.g., interests in specific topics or products, determined based on the visited web pages), which we transmit to Meta (so-called "Custom Audiences").

On the other hand, the "Meta Pixel" can be used to track whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on an advertisement and what actions they take there (so-called "Conversion Tracking").

The collected data is anonymous to us, meaning it does not allow us to draw conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Meta, so a connection to the respective user profile is possible, and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes.

All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your given consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

The information generated by Meta is usually transmitted to and stored on a Meta server; in this context, a transfer to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA may also occur.

For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which, based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission, ensures compliance with the European level of data protection.

11.2 Google Ads Remarketing

This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland

For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in your device's browser, which automatically enables interest-based advertising using a pseudonymous cookie ID and based on the pages you have visited. Further data processing only takes place if you have consented to Google linking your internet and app browsing history with your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalize ads you see on the web. If you are logged into Google during your visit to our website in this case, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define audience lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, your personal data is temporarily linked by Google with Google Analytics data to form target audiences. As part of Google Ads Remarketing, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

11.3 Pinterest Retargeting Pixel

This website uses retargeting technology from the following provider: Pinterest Europe Ltd., Palmerston House, 2nd Floor, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland

This allows us to specifically target visitors to our website with personalized, interest-based advertising who have already shown an interest in our shop and our products. The advertisements are displayed based on a cookie-based analysis of past and current user behavior.

In cases of retargeting technology, a cookie is stored on your computer or mobile device to collect pseudonymized data about your interests and thus adapt the advertising individually to the stored information. These cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile device. You will then be shown advertisements that are highly likely to match your product and information interests.

All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. 11.4 Google Ads Conversion Tracking

This website uses the "Google Ads" online advertising program and, within the framework of Google Ads, conversion tracking by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). We use Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine, in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, how successful the individual advertising measures are. We pursue the goal of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you, and achieving a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.

The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on a Google Ads ad. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across Google Ads customer websites. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified. In the context of using Google Ads, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC in the USA.

Details on the processing initiated by Google Ads Conversion Tracking and on Google's handling of data from websites can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

11.5 Google Marketing Platform

This website uses the online marketing tool Google Marketing Platform (GMP) from the operator Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.

GMP uses cookies to serve ads relevant to users, improve campaign performance reports, or prevent a user from seeing the same ads multiple times. Through a cookie ID, Google records which ads are served in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed multiple times. Furthermore, GMP can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that relate to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a GMP ad and later, using the same browser, visits the advertiser's website and purchases something through this website. According to Google, GMP cookies do not contain any personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server.

We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you to the best of our knowledge as follows: By integrating GMP, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an ad from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. The tags never serve to personally identify users.

All processing described above, in particular the setting of cookies for reading information on the terminal device used, will only be carried out if you have given us your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. 13.4 Cookie Consent Tool

This website uses a so-called "Cookie Consent Tool" to obtain effective user consent for cookies and cookie-based applications that require consent. The "Cookie Consent Tool" is displayed to users in the form of an interactive user interface when they visit a page, on which consent for specific cookies and/or cookie-based applications can be given by checking a box. Through the use of this tool, all cookies/services requiring consent are only loaded if the respective user has given corresponding consent by checking a box. This ensures that such cookies are only placed on the user's respective end device if consent has been given.

The tool sets technically necessary cookies to save your cookie preferences. Personal user data is generally not processed in this context.

If, in individual cases, personal data (such as the IP address) is processed for the purpose of storing, assigning, or logging cookie settings, this is done in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in a legally compliant, user-specific, and user-friendly consent management for cookies, and thus in a legally compliant design of our internet presence.

A further legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. As the controller, we are subject to the legal obligation to make the use of technically non-essential cookies dependent on the respective user's consent.

Where necessary, we have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider, which ensures the protection of our site visitors' data and prohibits unauthorized disclosure to third parties.

Further information on the operator and the setting options of the Cookie Consent Tool can be found directly in the corresponding user interface on our website.

If statutory retention periods exist for data processed within the framework of legal or quasi-legal obligations on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, this data will be routinely deleted after the retention periods have expired, provided it is no longer necessary for contract fulfillment or contract initiation and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in its continued storage.
