Shipping Conditions
Delivery is available within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (only via MeinEinkauf.ch).
The stated delivery times are estimated delivery times. Earlier delivery is possible but not guaranteed. In individual cases, delays may also occur. Earlier or later delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to free returns. The buyer bears the return shipping costs, unless a different agreement has been expressly made.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
Shipping is usually done with DHL. In individual cases, and to ensure the stated delivery times, shipping is carried out with other service providers such as: UPS, DPD, GLS, Post AT, Deutsche Post, and DHL Express.
Shipping costs are staggered as follows:
- up to €99.99 - €3.95
- from €100.00 - Free shipping
Deliveries to Austria:
Shipping is usually done with DHL World Parcel. In individual cases, and to ensure the stated delivery times, shipping is carried out with other service providers such as: UPS, DPD, GLS, Post AT, Deutsche Post, and DHL Express.
The flat shipping rate is €19.90.
Deliveries to Switzerland:
Through MeinEinkauf.ch, you can shop in our store easily, with favorable shipping costs, and most importantly, WITHOUT customs duties.
Proceed as follows:
1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
2. With your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can now create a customer account in our online shop.
3. Place your order in our shop using your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
4. For the shipping & billing address, please use only:

In addition to addressing the package to MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also ensure the address stored in your payment method is correct.
5. All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address.
The MeinEinkauf.ch team is simultaneously informed about the status of your order to send it to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible.
You can then view the status of your order approx. 48 hours after receipt on www.meineinkauf.ch under "My Orders".
6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our shop. With your goods, you will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch.

Delivery of Download Products:
For download products (digital content not delivered on a physical data carrier), no shipping costs apply. You can download download products via a link provided by email. This email with access data for the download will be sent within 24 hours of contract conclusion (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2-3 days, for international deliveries (Austria and Switzerland) within 7-10 days after contract conclusion (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Accepted Payment Methods
Prepayment
You prefer to pay in advance so you don't accidentally owe anything? Then choose the prepayment option. After selecting this payment method, you will receive an email with the bank details. When transferring the invoice amount, please do not forget to include the order number in the reference so that we know it's your payment.
Once the money is in our account, we will send out the order immediately. Should we not receive payment from you within 5 working days, we will consider the order cancelled and will inform you via email.
PayPal
Using PayPal is incredibly easy - the service allows you to process the purchase directly through PayPal using one of the following payment methods:
- Pay securely & quickly immediately with your stored payment method.
- Pay 30 days later - possible for purchases between €1 - €1,000.
- Pay by installments - pay in 3, 6, 12, or 24 monthly installments - possible for purchases between €1 - €5,000 (subject to creditworthiness check).

PayPal Installment Payments - in 3, 6, 12 or 24 monthly installments
Available for purchases between €1 - €5,000.
Select PayPal as your payment method and pay with PayPal Installment Payments.
Subject to creditworthiness check. Terms of 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. From €99 and up to €5,000 order value. For terms of 3, 6 and 12 months, an effective annual interest rate of 11.99% p.a. applies at a fixed borrowing rate of 11.29% p.a. for 3 months, 11.31% p.a. for 6 months, 11.31% p.a. for 12 months. For the term of 24 months, an effective annual interest rate of 10.99% p.a. applies at a fixed borrowing rate of 10.42% p.a. Representative example according to § 17 (4) PAngV: Net loan amount €1,000, total amount €1,062.53, 12 monthly installments of €88.54, fixed borrowing rate 11.31% p.a., effective annual interest rate 11.99% p.a.
