Shipping Conditions

Delivery is available within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (only via MeinEinkauf.ch).

The stated delivery times are estimated delivery times. Earlier delivery is possible but not guaranteed. In individual cases, delays may also occur. Earlier or later delivery does not automatically entitle you to a free return. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless a different agreement has been expressly made.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

Shipping is usually done with DHL. In individual cases and to ensure the stated delivery times, shipping is done with other service providers such as: UPS, DPD, GLS, Post AT, Deutsche Post, and DHL Express.

Shipping costs are staggered as follows:

  • up to €99.99 - €3.95
  • from €100.00 - Free Shipping

Deliveries to Austria:

Shipping is usually done with DHL World Parcel. In individual cases and to ensure the stated delivery times, shipping is done with other service providers such as: UPS, DPD, GLS, Post AT, Deutsche Post, and DHL Express.

The flat rate shipping cost is €19.90.

Deliveries to Switzerland:

Through MeinEinkauf.ch, you can easily shop in our store with low shipping costs and, most importantly, WITHOUT customs duties.

Proceed as follows:
1. Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
2. With your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address, you can now create a customer account in our online shop.
3. Place your order in our shop, providing your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
4. For the shipping and billing address, please use exclusively:

In addition to addressing the MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to the address stored in your payment method.

5. All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address.
The MeinEinkauf.ch team will also be informed about the status of your order to send it to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible.
You can then view the status of your order approx. 48 hours after receipt on www.meineinkauf.ch under "My Orders".
6. You pay for your ordered goods directly in our shop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the MeinEinkauf.ch service fee with your goods.

Delivery of download products:

For download products (digital content not delivered on a physical data carrier), no shipping costs apply. You can download download products via a link sent by email. This email with access data for executing the download will be sent within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2-3 days, and for international deliveries (Austria and Switzerland) within 7-10 days after conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Prepayment

Do you prefer to pay in advance to avoid accidentally remaining indebted? Then choose the prepayment option. After selecting this payment method, you will receive the bank details by email. When transferring the invoice amount, please do not forget to include the order number in the reference so that we know it's your payment.

Once the money is in our account, we will ship the order immediately. If we do not receive payment from you within 5 working days, we will consider the order cancelled and inform you by email.

Using PayPal is very simple - the service allows you to complete the purchase directly through PayPal using one of the following payment methods:

- Pay securely & quickly immediately with your stored payment method.
- Pay 30 days later - possible for purchases between €1 and €1,000.
- Pay by installment - in 3, 6, 12 or 24 monthly installments - possible for purchases between €1 and €5,000 (subject to creditworthiness check).

Available for purchases of €1 - €1,000.

  2. Complete your purchase in a few steps.
  3. We will automatically debit the payment from your bank account after 30 days.

Available for purchases between €1 and €1,000. Subject to creditworthiness check. Eligible customers must issue PayPal a SEPA direct debit mandate and have a German PayPal private account with a bank account as a payment source.

PayPal Installment Payment - in 3, 6, 12 or 24 monthly installments

Available for purchases of €1 - €5,000.

Select PayPal as your payment method and pay with PayPal installment payment.

Subject to credit check. Terms of 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. From €99 and up to €5,000 order value. For terms of 3, 6 and 12 months, an effective annual interest rate of 11.99% p.a. applies at a fixed borrowing rate of 11.29% p.a. for 3 months, 11.31% p.a. for 6 months, 11.31% p.a. for 12 months. For the 24-month term, an effective annual interest rate of 10.99% p.a. applies at a fixed borrowing rate of 10.42% p.a. Representative example according to § 17 (4) PAngV: Net loan amount €1,000, total amount €1,062.53, 12 monthly installments of €88.54, fixed borrowing rate 11.31% p.a., effective annual interest rate 11.99% p.a.
